Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking.
Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached, are eligible for return.
Items returned in used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged condition, or without original packaging and tags, will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards, clearance items, and promotional/free items.
Intimate apparel, undergarments, swimwear, and beauty products for hygiene reasons.
Customized or personalized items.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, confirmed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refusing delivery of a package will be treated as an unauthorized return and may result in denial of a refund or additional fees.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
5. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns, to cover handling and inspection.
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, after inspection and approval of the returned item(s).
Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
If items are returned ineligible or without authorization, no refund will be issued.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain another item, please place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Verified defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded without restocking fees.
