Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking.
• Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached, are eligible for return.
• Items returned in used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged condition, or without original packaging and tags, will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Gift cards, clearance items, and promotional/free items.
• Intimate apparel, undergarments, swimwear, and beauty products for hygiene reasons.
• Customized or personalized items.

3. Order Cancellations
• Once an order has been processed, confirmed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refusing delivery of a package will be treated as an unauthorized return and may result in denial of a refund or additional fees.

4. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Restocking Fee
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns, to cover handling and inspection.
• Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

6. Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, after inspection and approval of the returned item(s).
• Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
• If items are returned ineligible or without authorization, no refund will be issued.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain another item, please place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Verified defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded without restocking fees.
