Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders)

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Shipping Times & Methods


  • All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

  • Standard U.S. delivery is 1 working week (5 business days) from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses).

3. Shipping Fees


  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.

  • Promotional “free shipping” applies only to the original shipment; return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Confirmation


  • All shipments include a tracking number provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Split Shipments


  • For orders containing multiple items, we may ship products separately to ensure timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

6. Delays & Exceptions


  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Orders delayed in transit remain ineligible for cancellation or refund until officially confirmed lost by the carrier.
