Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders)

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and confirmed.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Standard U.S. delivery is 1 working week (5 business days) from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.
Promotional “free shipping” applies only to the original shipment; return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include a tracking number provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
5. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship products separately to ensure timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
6. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders delayed in transit remain ineligible for cancellation or refund until officially confirmed lost by the carrier.
