1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently ship across the United States and to select international destinations.
The shipping carrier is automatically chosen based on your address, order size, and the most efficient delivery option available (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Standard Shipping (U.S.): typically 5–8 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): typically 2–4 business days after processing.
International Shipping: generally 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@claraivyhampton.com.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Customs processing times may also affect delivery estimates.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs authorities.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
